Salient Features

The campus is located off the Hyderabad – Vijayawada Highway, at a distance where the noise and sound of the highway does not disturb the school, yet is at easy access for all via a public road.

Our campus is spread across 20 acres of land, with a rectangular geometry, allowing for a well laid out campus with all required amenities and sports facility.

We have also planned to have distinctive zones for academic blocks, sports areas, residential housing for students and the multipurpose and public access zones.

The campus is designed to be a green campus, with low consumption of energy and maximum generation by renewable sources.

Our campus is accessible, making movement within the campus easy and convenient for all students.

The campus has been designed on the principles of Vaastu Shastra to make it an energy positive environment for a positive growth of the children.

The campus is planned to have trees in large numbers, which are chosen from the regional and endemic species, with emphasis on fruit bearing trees to foster a micro environment of flora and fauna, which makes the campus a natural environment for children to observe and learn from the plants and animals that reside with them.

The planning of the buildings location and orientation are to make them low on heat gain, yet tap on the natural light, ventilation and cross ventilation in all spaces of the campus.

Covered walkways, tree canopied avenues, large plazas encourage congregation and activity in formal and informal learning, meeting, celebrations and activities.

The campus is designed to accommodate all school buses within the school campus to give highest safety to the students.

The campus is planned to allow parents and public to limited portions of the facility, without compromising on the safety of the students, yet allowing the public to visually experience the entire campus.

Kindergarten and primary block are kept segregated and are operational in different timing Vis a Vis the rest of the school. Dedicated entry & exit, parents drop off and pick up, adequate and safe play spaces for each class, covered and shaded sandpits allow for use of the space through the day and in all weather conditions.

The academic blocks are designed to be efficient and practical, with focus on efficiency, be it space planning, resource consumption, proximity, comfort, ergonomics, colour or the many other facets of design.

All building and the classrooms are designed to meet the requirement of national level standards, fire and evacuation requirement, large and necessary volumes, sufficient width of corridors and staircases, adequate no of washrooms, labs, staff rooms and other space requirements.

Each class room is open to the north or south, flanked by a wide corridor. The large windows with necessary heat reduction and safety screens allows for a bright and energetic learning spaces.

Every class room is designed to have a green board, white board, electronic board (optional), with ergonomically designed height and large sizes for uninterrupted teaching. Every classroom has large spaces for display of their works, individual lockers for every student, well lit by large windows, cross ventilated rooms, ceiling fans to provide good draft of air. Safety and monitoring is provided by CCTV cameras, Wi-Fi enabled classrooms and digital integration option for emerging teaching techniques.

Adequate, hygienic and safe toilets are worked out at each floor and in close proximity for the children. Large toilets, with bright environment and naturally lit and well ventilated spaces makes the toilets hygienic and fresh.

Each floor of the blocks is thoughtfully crafted to houses classrooms, staff rooms, break out spaces, laboratories, and support space. The location and size of the staircase and lifts allow for easy vertical movement. The different floors have varying volumes of spaces connecting the different levels of fostering interaction and collaboration.

A well-stocked library at a calm and pristine corner of the campus is crafted to induce excitement among students and encourage them to use the library in the various options of seating clusters, from formal tables to low seating in Zen gardens.

The school has a well-stocked stationery and uniform section, easily accessible for parents and students, without disturbing the academic zones.

An infirmary with all necessary facilities for first aid and frequent health concerns of students is located close to the entrance plaza, with separate sections for girls and boys.

For those activities that need focused learning or external collaboration,  a dedicated 100 seater mini auditorium is provided with state-of-the-art interiors, acoustics, and AV facilities. The location of the auditorium is convenient for school students and also allowing external students for inter-school activity, without allowing them into the core academic areas.

The school is approached through 2 large entrance gates, housing necessary security facilities, allowing for seamless movement of vehicles during the peak morning and exit times.

The central focus of the campus is a large triple height plaza space between the various blocks. This space is designed with a unique sculpture that reflects the essence of school and its philosophy.

The semi covered plaza allows for students to use it through the day and for a multitude of activities.

To meet the sports, fitness and wellness needs of the students, the school is designed to house indoor and outdoor physical and sporting activity.

The campus house a 3 badminton court indoor multipurpose hall, which can double up for a professional basketball court or a volleyball court. This indoor multipurpose hall is designed to house fitness classes and yoga sessions.

Swimming being the essential fitness requirement, a 25m length, competition grade swimming pool is located in the NE sector of the school, with the best mechanical systems. The pool is enclosed by a wall to give necessary privacy and safety, with a matrix of canvas kites to provide the respite from the scorching Hyderabad sun. required wash rooms, showers and change rooms are provided.

The 200m track with a 100m dash forms the essential part of the sports zone, housing inside the track is a multipurpose field for hockey, cricket and football. Other sports field for volley ball, basketball, tennis, practice pitches for cricket, skating rink are well laid out in the available space.

A dedicated viewing gallery with a light roof to house students from within the school and for competitions. The gallery is designed to house required storerooms, and equipment rooms other than support washrooms. The gallery is integrated with 2 covered squash courts.

Emphasizing on arts, the school has a focused open-air theatre that has been stepped down into a sunken court, inspired by the stepped wells of ancient India and sprinkled with existing and transplanted trees. The seating is made to be informal to allow for large gatherings, exhibitions, and group activity.

Academic blocks are connected by way of 3 connecting spines, each having a different character and purpose.

The east side connection becomes a large semi covered walkway with short trees to provide shaded spaces for gathering and resting, overlooking the OAT or the sports zone. The space above this is dedicated to performance arts and music. Its large volume allows for group activity and allows for students to get a feel of large performance spaces. The sound from these spaces are less disturbing to the core academic spaces.

The west side connecting block is slightly raised up from the ground and house the fine art classes and spaces. Here again, the volume is kept large to emulate the user to think free and big in the sun light washed spaces. The cosy space below is used for the all-weather sandpit for the kindergarten kids.

The central connection is a creeper filled pergola corridor overlooking the OAT on one side and the tennis courts on the other.

The residential hostel for the students is located at the far end of the sports facility. The hostel is divided for boys and girls with dedicated entries and separate dining facilities, services from a single large kitchen.

The hostel rooms are specifically designed to house 4 students to a room, with dedicated beds in a bunker system, separate study tables and wardrobes. Each room has a separate wash room and bathing areas, allowing convenience during peak times.

Hostel is overviewed by a dedicated team of wardens and floor wardens, supported by state of the art security and surveillance systems.
